Two New Locations Headline Volleyball State Championships

Renton, Wash. – The WIAA/Dairy Farmers of Washington/Les Schwab State Volleyball Championships will receive a makeover with the changes in location for the 2A, 3A and 4A classifications for the upcoming tournament being held Nov.4-5.

Sixteen 2A schools will battle it out at the Evergreen State College Gymnasium, while the 3A and 4A classifications will crown their champion at the Hal and Inge Marcus Pavilion on the campus of Saint Martin’sUniversity.  Timberline High School willalso host 3A, 4A consolation spillover games on Friday.  For the 1B, 2B, and 1A classifications, the tournament will again be at the Yakima Valley SunDome for the fifth consecutive year.

For spectators attending the state championships, the costof entry for adults is $9 or $15 for an all-tournament pass.  For students with a valid ASB card and senior citizens the price of admission is $7 or $10 dollars for the all-tournament pass.
