North Franklin School District (NFSD) is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Head Football Coach. The Head Coach is responsible for leading, organizing, and developing a comprehensive football program that reflects NFSD’s core values and commitment to excellence. This position goes beyond game-day coaching, building a culture rooted in character, growth, foundation, edge, and trust, ensuring student-athletes thrive both on and off the field. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, program vision, and a commitment to developing young people into confident, responsible leaders.
