Agape Christian Academy
Agape Christian Academy is seeking a High School Varsity Golf Coach to lead and develop our 1B competitive golf program. This position is ideal for a coach who is passionate about skill development, competitive excellence, and intentional relationship building with student-athletes.
Position Overview
The Varsity Golf Coach will be responsible for building a competitive program that emphasizes fundamentals, course strategy, sportsmanship, and Christ-centered leadership. The coach will mentor student-athletes both on and off the course, fostering growth in character, discipline, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and lead effective practices focused on skill development and competitive readiness
Coach and manage the varsity team during matches, tournaments, and postseason play
Build positive, impactful relationships with student-athletes
Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and sportsmanship
Communicate effectively with athletic administration, parents, and players
Support the mission and values of Agape Christian Academy
Qualifications
Golf coaching and/or competitive playing experience preferred
Strong understanding of golf fundamentals, rules, and course management
Ability to teach, motivate, and mentor high school student-athletes
Commitment to relationship-building and character development
Alignment with the mission and values of Agape Christian Academy.
