The Bush School is seeking a Varsity Assistant Coach to help build on the success of a program that is coming off a State Championship and back-to-back Emerald Sound Conference titles. With a talented roster of returning athletes and a strong culture centered on excellence, growth, and sportsmanship, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving and competitive program. We are seeking a candidate who is able to support the school’s goals towards building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community. Whether helping experienced players compete at the highest level or supporting the development of emerging talent, the Varsity Assistant Coach plays a vital role in sustaining the standard of excellence that defines Bush Golf. Working alongside a long-tenured Head Coach and multiple-time Coach of the Year recipient, the Boys Varsity Assistant Coach helps plan and lead practices, coach competitions, and transport student-athletes to off-campus practices and contests using a school vehicle. The Assistant Coach plays an important role in supporting the development of student-athletes throughout the season while contributing to a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented team culture. This position reports directly to the Athletic Director.
