North Franklin School District (NFSD) is seeking an Athletic Director who will lead with character, build strong programs, and represent NFSD with pride. This position requires high visibility, high energy, and a deep commitment to students, coaches, youth sports (Jr. Eagles), and the community. The Athletic Director is responsible for leading and supervising high school athletic programs while ensuring alignment with district values and expectations. NFSD seeks a leader who believes athletics are an extension of the classroom, sets a high bar, and understands that small decisions accumulate over time to shape trust and confidence in our programs.
