Rogers High School is seeking an experienced Football coach to lead our Football program as the Varsity Head Coach. Head coach experience, previous high school or higher coaching experience are preferred. Candidates should have a sound understanding of the sport of football, be able to create and maintain meaningful relationships with students and adults, possess excellent communication and organizational skills/strategies, and have an education-based approach to coaching. The Head Football Coach will direct and organize the football program, which includes overseeing the football coaching staff and off-season strength/conditioning/workouts, as well as the scheduled high school season.
